Complaints
Complaints are everywhere regarding TruVision Health products and the reviews of these supplements aren`t supporting the testimonials given by those that sell these health pills.
Here are a few taken from the BBB
>05/20/2020
I started talkind the product and it got me very sick, dizziness, chills, feelings of fainting, nervousness and i seek help in social media they told me it will go away and it just got worse. I stopped taking the pills and still feel terrible.

I ordered April 2020 did exactly as the ladies had to take them it’s been a month and no adults and I was just charge for May. I tried calling the one 800 number to cancel my auto subscription but it won’t go through it is constantly rings and saying it’s a hold but the hold says two minutes but I’m not getting through.I am not satisfied with this product the fact that it cost so much for April and disappointed that I was charge for May again I want this to be canceled I do not want to keep this.
05/19/2020
This company that I have never heard of before, I never bought anything from them somehow has gotten hold of my debit card and is trying to get $88.80 out of my bank account. I have already put a stop/ removal at my bank for this trash company. And I had to get a new debit card. I have also sent this trash company a request and a question of ''why?'' Their answer is: NOTHING!
05/06/2020
This product made me very sick. Adverse side effects.
05/05/2020
I used it previously and no problems the second time I ordered it enrolled me in a subscription when I tried to cancel it wouldnt let me I sat on hold for hours and I have taken it in months I dont want the product anymore I literally feel sick ive been vomiting cant hold anything down I stopped taking them I still feel unwell but its clearing out I wanted to get a refund and cancel my service but no one answers the phone they said 6 minute wait but still no answer so.
03/27/2020
I ordered a product on March 9th, 2020, which I never received due to issues with the post office. However, the company refuses to give me a full refund and will only issue me 80% of what I paid. They are penalizing me for an issue that was beyond my control. When I call their customer services is rude as well and they person in charge does not take phone calls nor is he willing to give out an email address. This is obscured!

So I talked to a rep of this company on 12/31/2019 at which time I asked how the products worked etc. and how they worked for anxiety and depression. They stated they were miracle pills and the branding made it seem like they have really helped a lot of people and you never saw anything negative. So I ordered $150 in product that evening. I get my stuff and start taking it and feel off, so I posted in the group and ask and people said it takes a few days for your body to adjust...okay.. so I literally feel like I'm going to have a heart attack. At this point I was even taking half of the recommended dosage. So I reach out to the rep and ask about returning the product. NOPE. Cant help me whatsoever because the product was opened. POOR! So I tell her that I don't think its normal to not have a period etc on these supplements they snob it off.. No mercy. I again asked for someone to help with a partial refund at least NOPE no refund. I look on google again and people have so many complaints. But what's ridiculous is that this company false advertises their product as having medical proof that these are natural and work to "fix" your system. That's false! NOTHING proves that. Also, they only approve good comments on their Facebook group so that's false advertising alone. No one see's that the products cause them harm or that they don't work. It's only that they are miracle products so it sucks you in to buy them that's wrong.

I ended up in the hospital with sepsis. After a bone marrow biopsy I was diagnosed with an acute drug overdose. The drug could not be identified due to no federally regulated. I have contacted the company numerous times and they repeatedly do not respond.
12/04/2019
There product TruFix paralyzed my bone marrow production causing me to become neutropenic. And because I could not fight off infection due to the damage in my blood I was hospitalized twice for sepsis and Neutropenia. At one time the nurses were instructed to have a defibrillator on ready stand by I was so sick.My lymph node on my neck swelled to three inches to fight the tonsillitis that I contracted to having low White blood cell count. I had to have two bone marrow biopsy’s performed to confirm it was their supplements making me so sick. I have reached out to the company’s complaint support multiple times. I told them I needed to return the products I had purchased that they almost killed me. They wanted to charge me shipping and restocking fee until I absolutely said no way. TruVision Health has really not taken my threat to my life seriously. This product claims to help improve blood chemistry and in reality it made my body react to like it had received intense sessions of chemo therapy. I have even lost 2/3 of my hair due to this! This product isn’t safe!
11/21/2019
I ordered fir one time next thing I knive I was being told that I had signed up for auto ship which they call smartship. I had my wife called they refused to take the stop shipments from her, she explained that I worked late and that is why she was calling on my behalf. They told her that I could cancel via text message from my phone which I did numerous times and with no luck of the shipments stopping. I sent a very angry text again and again I got billed fot another shipment. With a response text to call to cancel which I think that is ridiculous because my wife had already told them to stop and I texted to cancel as I instructed. I am going to have to cancel my card because these people do not know how to understand that this is not how you treat people I cannot afford it and they will not stop their autoship. They need listen to people no matter which way they choose to stop services no other company does this.
11/10/2019
I purchased this product after doing extensive research. When I received the product following the instructions, within two days I became extremely ill. Understanding that sometimes it takes time for people's bodies to adjust to new things, I posted a question on truvision social media page asking others if they too became ill and how long does it last. When posting to this social media website, your post has to be approved by an administrator. That post was never approved. I tried posting another post explaining the symptoms that I was going through, and asked if anyone else experience those symptoms. In that post I also admitted that I was feeling miserable. Of course that post was never approved. It has now been 4 days and I have experienced severe diarrhea, nausea, extreme dizziness, a sour stomach and those symptoms still exist, with the exception of the diarrhea that stopped on yesterday morning. I cannot drive because of the dizziness, I can hardly eat and I often get dizzy even when sitting up in my bed.

FDA Inspection reveals Serious Violations
David A. Brown, Owner
TruVision Health, LLC
12162 South Business Park Drive
Suite 114
Draper, UT 84790
Dear Mr. Brown:
On May 15, 22-25, 30-31, 2017, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted an inspection of your facility located at 12162 South Business Park Drive, Suite 114, Draper, Utah. The inspection revealed serious violations of FDA’s Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) in Manufacturing, Packaging, Labeling, or Holding Operations for Dietary Supplements, Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 111 (21 CFR Part 111). These violations cause your dietary supplement products to be adulterated within the meaning of section 402(g)(1) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act) [21 U.S.C. § 342(g)(1)] in that the products have been prepared, packed, or held under conditions that do not meet CGMP requirements for dietary supplements. Further, a review of the product labels collected during the inspection, and a review of your website at https://truvisionhealth.com/, identified serious violations of the Act and applicable regulations. You can find copies of the Act and pertinent regulations through links on FDA’s homepage at www.fda.gov.

Dave Brown Complete Multivitamin Supplement
Hey Dave Brown!
It's great to see that TruVision Health has updated their website to give recognition to
DAVID BROWN Founding Partner of TruVision Health.
Super great to see that finally. I have gotten off the chair I fell off, and republished this page from way back in March of 2015..
http://truvisionscam.blogspot.ca/p/who-hell-are-you.html
It's a good read for some.
For others, it may have your scratching your head.
Personally, I'm shaking my head as to how it's possible that this fine young man can post a video about supplements and try to convince people to use them. After-all, Dave Brown, is the alleged pink drink formulator that put Plexus Worldwide in the MLM business. David Brown swore by this pink drink concoction, and now he's pushing pills. Lawsuits or non-competes or any non-disclosure agreements wouldn't make someone with his highly disputed reputation lie, exaggerate, or withhold information, would it?
You can listen to his video here and before you do that, ask yourself what kind of businessman would put up a website that was unfinished, half-assed and worded in unfinished latin dummy text?
Looking Good Buddy!

Re: 461315
Dear Mr. Bailey, Mr. Gibson, Mr. Martin and:
This letter concerns your product tru Weight & EnergyTM, which is labeled and/or offered for sale as a dietary supplement. The Supplement Facts panel on your product label appears to declare AMP as a dietary ingredient. This ingredient is also called, among other names, 1,3-Dimethylbutylamine, DMBA, 2-amino-4-methylpentane, AMP citrate, and 4-methyl-2-pentanamine, and will be referred to in the rest of this letter as DMBA. In addition, the Supplement Facts panel on your product label appears to declare Bitter Orange Extract (synephrine 30%) as a dietary ingredient.
The term “dietary supplement” is defined in section 201(ff) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act) (21 U.S.C. 321(ff)). Given that you appear to declare DMBA as a dietary ingredient in the labeling of your product, we assume you have a basis to conclude that DMBA is a “dietary ingredient” under section 201(ff)(1) of the Act (21 U.S.C. 321(ff)(1)). Assuming that DMBA is a “dietary ingredient,” it would also be a “new dietary ingredient” for which a notification is required under section 413(a)(2) of the Act (21 U.S.C. 350b(a)(2)) and 21 CFR 190.6.
Under section 413 of the Act (21 U.S.C. 350b), a dietary supplement that contains a new dietary ingredient (i.e., a dietary ingredient not marketed in the United States before October 15, 1994) shall be deemed adulterated under section 402(f) of the Act (21 U.S.C. 342(f)) unless it meets one of two requirements:
1. The dietary supplement contains only dietary ingredients that have been present in the food supply as an article used for food in a form in which the food has not been chemically altered; or
2. There is a history of use or other evidence of safety establishing that the dietary ingredient when used under the conditions recommended or suggested in the labeling of the dietary supplement will reasonably be expected to be safe and, at least 75 days before being introduced or delivered for introduction into interstate commerce, the manufacturer or distributor of the dietary ingredient or dietary supplement provides FDA with information, including any citation to published articles, which is the basis on which the manufacturer or distributor has concluded that a dietary supplement containing such dietary ingredient will reasonably be expected to be safe.
DMBA
To the best of FDA’s knowledge, there is no information demonstrating that DMBA was lawfully marketed as a dietary ingredient in the United States before October 15, 1994, nor is there information demonstrating that this ingredient has been present in the food supply as an article used for human food in a form in which the food has not been chemically altered. In the absence of such information, DMBA is subject to the notification requirement in section 413(a)(2) of the Act (21 U.S.C. 350b(a)(2)) and 21 CFR 190.6. Because the required notification has not been submitted, your product is adulterated under sections 402(f)(1)(B) and 413(a) of the Act (21 U.S.C. 342(f)(1)(B) and 350b(a)).
Even if the required notification had been submitted, we know of no evidence that would establish that your product is not adulterated. In the absence of a history of use or other evidence of safety establishing that DMBA, when used under the conditions recommended or suggested in the labeling of your product, will reasonably be expected to be safe, tru Weight & EnergyTM is adulterated under sections 402(f)(1)(B) and 413(a) of the Act (21 U.S.C. 342(f)(1)(B) and 350b(a)) because it contains a new dietary ingredient for which there is inadequate information to provide reasonable assurance that such ingredient does not present a significant or unreasonable risk of illness or injury. Introduction of such a product into interstate commerce is prohibited under sections 301(a) and (v) of the Act (21 U.S.C. 331(a) and (v)). To the best of FDA’s knowledge, there is no history of use or other evidence of safety establishing that DMBA will reasonably be expected to be safe when used as a dietary ingredient.
It has come to our attention that DMBA used in products in the dietary supplement marketplace may be produced synthetically. Section 201(ff)(1) of the Act (21 U.S.C. 321(ff)(1)) defines “dietary ingredient” as a vitamin, mineral, amino acid, herb or other botanical, or dietary substance for use by man to supplement the diet by increasing the total dietary intake, or a concentrate, metabolite, constituent, extract or combination of any dietary ingredient from the preceding categories. Synthetically produced DMBA is not a vitamin, mineral, amino acid, herb or other botanical. To the best of FDA’s knowledge, synthetically produced DMBA is not commonly used as human food or drink. Further, synthetically produced DMBA is not a concentrate, metabolite, constituent, extract or combination of the preceding categories. Therefore, synthetically produced DMBA is not a dietary ingredient as defined in section 201(ff)(1) of the Act.
Bitter Orange Extract (synephrine 30%)
Bitter orange (C. aurantium) is a dietary ingredient under sections 201(ff)(1)(C) and 201(ff)(1)(E) of the Act and has a history of use by man intended to supplement the diet. However, the levels of synephrine in Bitter Orange Extract (synephrine 30%) have been modified from naturally occurring levels. The natural p-synephrine content in dried bitter orange ranges from 0.012%-0.25%[1] and the content of p-synephrine in concentrated extracts or commercial products are standardized to 4-6%[2],[3],[4].
To the best of FDA’s knowledge, there is no information demonstrating that Bitter Orange Extract (synephrine 30%) was lawfully marketed as a dietary ingredient in the United States before October 15, 1994, nor is there information demonstrating that this ingredient has been present in the food supply as an article used for human food in a form in which the food has not been chemically altered. In the absence of such information, Bitter Orange Extract (synephrine 30%) is subject to the notification requirement in section 413(a)(2) of the Act (21 U.S.C.
In the absence of a history of use or other evidence of safety establishing that Bitter Orange Extract (synephrine 30%), when used under the conditions recommended or suggested in the labeling of your product, will reasonably be expected to be safe, your tru Weight & EnergyTM is adulterated under sections 402(f)(1)(B) and 413(a) of the Act (21 U.S.C. 342(f)(1)(B) and 350b(a)) because it contains a new dietary ingredient for which there is inadequate information to provide reasonable assurance that such ingredient does not present a significant or unreasonable risk of illness or injury. To the best of FDA’s knowledge, there is no history of use or other evidence of safety establishing that Bitter Orange Extract (synephrine 30%) will reasonably be expected to be safe when used as a dietary ingredient. In fact, there is evidence from short term human and animal studies suggesting that the consumption of products containing a high dosage of bitter orange extract and synephrine could lead to a significant increase in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate. Similarly, products containing Bitter Orange Extract with high doses of p-synephrine and caffeine, also an ingredient in your product may be of potential safety concern. The combination of these substances is likely to enhance their potential cardiovascular effects and could contribute to a significant increase in heart rate and blood pressure[5].
We request that you take prompt action to correct the violations cited above, as well as any other violations associated with your tru Weight & EnergyTM product or other dietary supplement products marketed by your firm, including any that contain DMBA and/or Bitter Orange Extract (synephrine 30%). We also remind you that the new dietary ingredient notification requirement applies to all dietary supplements that contain new dietary ingredients that have not been present in the food supply as articles used for food in a form in which the food has not been chemically altered. It is your responsibility to ensure that your firm complies with all requirements of federal law and FDA regulations.
Failure to immediately cease distribution of your tru Weight & EnergyTM product and any other products you market that contain DMBA and/or Bitter Orange Extract (synephrine 30%) could result in enforcement action by FDA without further notice. Sections 302 and 304 of the Act provide for seizure of violative products and injunction against the manufacturers and distributors of violative products [21 U.S.C. §§ 332 and 334].
We request that you advise us in writing, within 15 days of receipt of this letter, as to the specific steps that have been or will be taken to correct these violations, including any steps taken with respect to product currently in the marketplace. Your response should also include an explanation of each step taken to ensure that similar violations do not recur, as well as documentation to support your response. Your written reply should be directed to Mr. Rob Genzel, Compliance Officer, United States Food and Drug Administration, Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, 5100 Paint Branch Parkway, Office of Compliance (HFS-608), Division of Enforcement, College Park, Maryland 20740-3835. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Genzel atrob.genzel@fda.hhs.gov.

Taken from a message sent to me, as posted via TruVision Health Office:
There are many ways to formulate products to bring about an intended result. Even if AMP Citrate is eventually made unavailable, David Brown is already in posession of the next generation formula that will provide our customers the same or superior level of efficacy that our associates have come to expect from our products. Shortly we will begin phasing out the current Weight & Energy and phasing in the next generation Weight & Energy. We are committed in striving to continue to make a difference in the war against obesity.
The responses thus far:
"That's how I feel..when the other product changed it up I didn't have any results. Just weight gain hope this change is a good one. Because I love the products now."
"What about the product we still have? Is the product still safe to take?"
"Another product line did the same thing and the 2nd generation was not as effective. I hope this works."
"Guys, I am SO EXCITED!!! I can tell you that we are in GREAT hands! Dave Brown and Corp is so ahead of the game! Trust us when we tell you that if you liked the original formula, you will LOVE this Generation 2! smile emoticon Stay tuned bc more GREAT info is coming soon!!! If you think things have been good...we are about to take things to a NEW LEVEL!!! grin emoticon I am so proud to be a part of this company and completely trust our founders and Dave Brown!! Great things ahead everyone!!!"
"So is the current Truweight safe to take???"
"That is so strange that you posted this. I was just at my doctors and the only ingredient he was concerned about was the Amp."
"This has been coming and it did not take our leaders by surprise. Dave has been preparing for it from the beginning!!! The new generation of truweight and energy will be even better than the original!!! I'm very excited!!!"
"I'm not worry.. Dave Brown will take care of us"
People, get your heads screwed on straight.
You will be told what you want to hear in order for these people to continue to have an income.
Nobody in their right mind from the company is going to tell you that they include AMP as that is the only ingredient that does anything. It acts like speed, meth and the like.
Dave Brown, what a joke. He just regurgitates what he finds on google.
