One of the alleged founders of the company, Sean Gibson, is a big fat liar!
In a phone conversation I had with Sean Gibson last week, he stated firmly that there was no lawsuit, when confronted again by me telling him my source, he buckled and stated that TruVision had great lawyers and that the case gone.Updated as of June 6, 2015

The status of the legal battle will be revealed once, and if, Plexus actually files papers in Utah.
