The Court having received the Plaintiff’s Notice of Settlement, filed on November 17,
2015,
IT IS ORDERED accepting the Notice of Settlement and placing this matter on the
Dismissal Calendar for dismissal on or after January 4, 2016, without further notice unless a
Judgment is entered or filed or a Stipulation for Dismissal is presented.
That should come as no surprise, as it follows suit with the settlement of Angel's case previously.
The court case between Angel Fletcher and Plexus (Plexus Slim, Plexus Worldwide) has been settled!
Details of the settlement will be announced shortly.

According to some "very good friends" They just don't want anyone to know the truth.
Angel says:
"Ryan, my son is taking the Plexus and he has gone down 6 belt holes and to a smaller belt! I have gotten my mom, my 2 sisters and my cousin started on it...
A powerful duo that was a household name for many Plexus Ambassadors. They were an unstoppable force in business building and ruled the world of selling swag.
It all came to an abrupt end in August 2014.
Some call what they did a scam, some call it a powerful move to another new company, some call them marketing geniuses. Whatever your view of them and the situation is, please remember, contact them to verify anything anyone has published.
Fact is they are being sued by Plexus and TruVision Health is the reason why.
What took place exactly between these parties is left to be unravelled and revealed.
What I know is that there is too much deception behind what has been shown to believe anyone of these parties and companies.
What bothers me the most, is when people lie and deceive others and take advantage of their trust.
Why would a woman that made thousands of dollars a week put the wheels in motion to leave Plexus and then play the victim?
She has used fake accounts and photos and been busted many times.
Will Plexus bust her or will TruVision step up and help?

I'm sure many "want Angel and Ryan to be brought to justice"

An ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION TO MOVE EVIDENTIARY HEARING DATE has been set to: 9am on January 30, 2015 ( 1/30/2015 )
We will have to wait and see what the New Year will bring in this legal battle with Plexus Worldwide and Ryan Higgins.
